Cindy was an active member of the PMI Vancouver Island Chapter from 2009 to 2014. During that time she was involved in helping to facilitate the Chapter’s Certificate Examination Preparation Seminar (CEPS) program as a content reviewer and an instructor. Cindy was the Volunteers Director from May 2011 until January 2014.
Cindy has attained over 25 years of project management experience in interior design, I.T., and construction in both the public and private sectors. Cindy also has experience as an Administrator providing support for Senior Managers, Boards, Committees, Deputy Ministers, Ministers, and the Premier’s Office where she polished her key strengths of versatility, adaptability and attention to detail.
In 1991, Cindy graduated from Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology with a Diploma of Applied Arts in Interior Design. Her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification was obtained in May of 2009 and in September 2010 Cindy received her certification in ITIL V3 Foundations. She continues to work on her professional skills through training from the Vancouver Island Construction Association and UVic Continuing Studies.
