Marisa Wu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Science and has over five years of experience at provincial government and health authorities. She specializes in IT project management, organizational change management, business analysis, quality assurance, and operations support. Marisa became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and a Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner in 2018.
Marisa worked on multiple Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Projects including Wildlife Detection System, Advanced Traveller Information Systems, and Automated Avalanche Detection System. She also contributed to the iHealth Initiative at Vancouver Island Health Authority, the Windows 10 Testing and Application Remediation Project at BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, the Health Insurance BC Contact Centre Systems Replacement Project at MAXIMUS Canada, and the Two-Factor Authentication Project at Provincial Health Services Authority.
Marisa enjoys supporting local groups and volunteering for events and conferences. She is also a board member at International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Victoria Chapter which locally promotes and supports Business Analysis practice standards within the Greater Victoria community.
