Stephanie is an energy efficiency engineer and project manager at SES Consulting. In her role, she is responsible for managing project schedule, cost, resources, quality and communications for various energy efficiency projects. She also develops proposals, performs energy modelling, creates design documents and energy study reports, and manages the implementation of energy efficiency measures. She has recently taken on a team lead role for the Victoria office and has found that she prefers the leadership and project management aspects of her work rather than the purely technical aspects.
Stephanie is highly organized, dependable and extremely motivated. She has experience serving on a board of governors and had two separate board positions with ASHRAE, an international engineering organization that develops building codes, Student Activities Chair and Membership Promotion Chair. In her positions, she presented at various universities and high schools about ASHRAE and engineering, co-organized the ASHRAE trade show, and supported with the organization of other events. Since getting involved with PMI-VI, Stephanie has successfully managed the mentorship program and supported with the CEPS course. Stephanie is passionate about project management and is excited about the opportunity to become more involved with PMI-VI and develop her project management and leadership skills along the way.
