2022 Professional Development Series  (Virtual & In person)

PMI-VI is hosting a Professional Development Series with virtual sessions and an in-person event.

THEME:  Resilience, Agility & Innovation: How do organizations adapt better and quickly pivot in times of change and/or crisis? 

virtual sessions series (May 12, 19, & 26) and the in-person grand finale on June 2, 2022, at Delta Hotel. This will be an awesome learning opportunity with engaging speakers on relevant topics consistent with the theme.

SPEAKER: Dr. Jimmy Godard, DM

Jimmy Godard is a strategic technology leader, past president of the PMI Portland Chapter. He performs the functions of Program, Change, and Service Delivery Manager for Bank of Jimmy Godard is a strategic technology leader, past president of the PMI Portland Chapter.

He performs the functions of Program, Change, and Service Delivery Manager for Bank of America and has been with the company for 21 years. He is the founder and president of Global Compass, a certified Goal Success Coach helping business leaders make the leap to digital transformation. Jimmy maintains 18 years of project management and consulting experience working in the Finance and Information Technology Industries.

He holds a master’s degree in computer information systems, a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Information Systems and Technology. He is an instigator of process improvement and innovation with an unwavering determination to bring about results. He implements global changes in leading technology integration efforts for Infrastructure, End User Computing, Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
