Jeffrey Ma, MSc., PMP, PMI-ACP, Agile BA, CMP, ITIL Expert, PRINCE2, COBIT5 is a project management professional with 20 years of experience leading software/IT/R&D projects in multinational corporations such as Nortel, Motorola, and Bell Labs, and leading consulting firms. Jeffrey has in-depth experience in information technology, software engineering and program management in high maturity level organizations.

By applying multiple project management frameworks including PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, and CMMI, Jeffrey effectively managed a variety of projects/programs such as enterprise-level wireless network management system, GSM/UMTS software tools development, project portfolio management software deployment, and business change consulting programs in telecommunication, IT, education, and healthcare industry.

Jeffrey holds a Master of Science degree in software engineering. He received his PMP designation in 2004 and PMI-ACP designation in 2016. Jeffrey became a PMI volunteer in 2005 and he was one of the reviewers of the PMI practice guide “Governance of Portfolios, Programs, and Projects: A Practice Guide”. He is currently a member of the WG258 Technical Committee, ISO (International Organization for Standardization) focusing on defining project management international standards, and he is working on the latest EVM implementation standard as an expert.
