Allan became a member of PMI – Vancouver Island when he became a Project Management Professional in 2003. Allan has been an instructor and Facilitator for our PMI-VI Certification Examination Preparation Seminars (CEPS) 2004, 2005. In 2011 he taught Integration Management, Procurement Management and Professional Responsibility as part of the PMBOK.

Allan has used his Project Management skills to create, plan and test an IT System and Facilities Disaster Recovery Plan for Maximus BC and BC Health. He has also been a project Quality Assurance Manager for IBM.

Allan disseminates the Project Management Institute instruction* with in person instruction of 26–39-hour seminars, 2016-2019. This has come to an end because of the new Covid-19 world.
