An experienced Mechanical Engineer with valuable project management and engineering experience in multi-disciplined projects. Exceptional ability to define, develop and implement project control measures and metrics for successful project delivery. 

Victor has engaged in the initiation to closure for the design and construction of an ammunition facility and accommodation quarters for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) during his time at Defence Construction Canada (DCC). At DCC, Victor was well known for his teamwork and collaborative spirit, resource planning and effective working relationships with the client partner in delivering projects for Department of National Defence. 

Currently a Fleet Capital Projects Manager with BC Transit where he is responsible for the planning, development and submission of capital business cases to senior leadership and the Board of Directors to approve for the acquisition and refurbishment of Light Duty buses. He has a proven relationship with his team members and fosters collaboration within his team, while leading an implementation team across cross functional departments to allow for an efficient project delivery. Victor is proactive, adaptable and flexible in delivering projects despite the challenges encountered at different phases of the projects. 

Victor is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with Engineers and Geoscientists of BC, and a member of the PMIVI chapter. He is also a mentor to the younger kids at his local Nigerian community, where he provides guidance related to school work and career counsel based on his work experience.
