Working Remotely while Keeping the Team Engaged! It starts with CULTURE
SYNOPSYS
At Regroove, we were early adopters of Microsoft Teams and long time fans of Microsoft SharePoint. Over the course of several years, Regroove has fine tuned a model for empowering teams, internal projects, and client’s projects by making MS Teams and MS SharePoint work in harmony; all the while reflecting and supporting the company’s culture. In this presentation we will provide the framework we use and examples of how we make IT work.
Get into it. Stay with it.

Leadership in Crisis: Managing Projects in Your Operations
SYNOPSYS
In this presentation, "Leadership in Crisis: Managing Projects in Your Operations", Dr. Dominguez will have you imagine a point of crisis and the phenomenological response that occurs when you emerge from a liminal space with courage.
He will ground the scope of projects within operations and align them with the organization’s strategy before contrasting some well-known pre-crisis leadership styles with crisis leadership styles, and then challenge you to build resilience before a crisis occurs.
