As an enterprise and team coach, his passion is reinvigorating struggling agile shops, helping them to return to the joy and productivity that teams experienced when they first learned about agile. He lives in Calgary, Alberta, and as a private pilot enjoys flying in the foot hills of the Canadian Rockies.
