Our Panel Members

Bert Fawdrey

With over 15 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, Bert has expertise in building design consulting, industrial maintenance, and civic building management. Bert specializes in asset management planning, portfolio and program management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma process improvement, and architectural design.

 

George Onyebuchi

George is certified project management professional with over six years in the health sector, leading projects that aim to improve workforce solutions across British Columbia. Right now, George works as a Senior Manager at the Ministry of Health, where he leads programs to address healthcare staffing needs. George's focus is on combining strategic planning with collaboration and working closely with diverse stakeholders and using Agile methodologies to deliver meaningful results.

 

Ron Kalmanson

Ron Kalmanson is a Senior Category Lead at BC Hydro, overseeing the company's  engineering and Electric Vehicle contracts. Prior to joining BC Hydro, Ron began her career in engineering and transitioned to project management in 2016. Ron holds PMP, PE and P.Eng désignations.

The day highlights the achievements of project managers, their role in driving change, and their impact on business outcomes in various industries. It’s an opportunity to acknowledge the skills, hard work, and dedication of PMs who adapt and lead in ever-evolving professional environments.

This day serves as both recognition and inspiration, encouraging project managers to continue innovating, building connections, and advancing the profession worldwide.
